Get to know
me

I’ve been involved in the field of health and fitness for the past almost 7 years. However, sport has been a part of my life since childhood.
My curiosity towards science, the human body and injury prevention has brought me all the way to Aberdeen, Scotland. There I've obtained a First-Class Honors Degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Science.
My training ethos is to not only help you achieve your goals, but also share my knowledge so that you can understand the why behind actions and learn to make your own informed decisions.
When not in the gym, you can find me outside working on some woodworking project, learning new things like IT and graphic design, or doing acroyoya with friends.
My
Journey
My
Journey
Applied Sport & Exercise Science, Scotland
Where it all began: four years of early-morning workouts, late-night study sessions, and learning how muscles, bones, and joints work (and sometimes why they don’t!). I survived the Scottish winters for this degree—if that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is.
Sport Aberdeen PE Coach Intern
What did I learn coaching kids? Things never go according to plan. I realized pretty quickly that flexibility isn’t just for the body—it’s for handling life, too.

Result Gym Internship, Scotland
My first taste of the gym as a professional, not just a gym-goer. I thought I knew a lot about lifting… until I started working with clients who challenged me as much as the weights. Turns out, “personal training” means “personal growth”—mostly for me!
Efectfit, Slovakia
Back home, putting everything into practice… in Slovak! Translating all those technical terms from English? Hilarious and sometimes confusing, but my clients have enjoyed the laughs!
Diagnostics & Physio Training
Foam rollers, mobility work, strength-building for injuries—this is where I really fell in love with helping people feel better, not just stronger.

NOW
So here I am today, still loving what I do and ready to help you on your journey, whatever that may look like. Whether you’re here to get stronger, recover from an injury, or learn the art of a really good squat, I’m with you every step of the way—even when things go a little off-plan!
