My passion is helping people feel good and empowered in their bodies. I work with men and women who feel ready to take back the reins of their life.

I aim to equip my clients with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to structure their own training programs, master proper form, and understand the purpose behind every exercise. My ultimate goal is to guide them toward self-sufficiency, so they can take charge of their fitness journey with independence and clarity.

As an overweight person, I had to...

I am very satisfied with the training sessions with Maťa. As an overweight person, I needed to find a way to get in shape, and I really appreciate that she didn't push me for quick results, but emphasized first learning how to exercise properly and getting to know my body better. This approach was key because without the right technique it wouldn't make sense.

Another important thing was her help in solving my problems with back pain. She taught me various stretching exercises that helped me a lot. Thanks to her patience and expertise, I am well on my way to improving my fitness and overall health.

I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who understands individual needs and can support healthy and sustainable progress 😊

If someone asked me what fitness center and trainer I would recommend, I would choose only you. I have never seen such a responsible approach to training with regard to my health problems with the spine. It's perfect how you can study what exercises are suitable and above all your energy is incredible, you can motivate even a log like me :) I keep my fingers crossed for you and I wish you satisfied clients :)

I started training with Maťka this spring, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Having never worked with a personal trainer before, I was initially hesitant, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. I genuinely look forward to each session.
